3. Orders & Payment
- All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
- Payments must be made in full at the time of purchase via approved payment methods.

4. Shipping & Delivery

- Delivery times are estimates only; we are not liable for delays outside our control.

5. Returns & Refunds
- Due to the hygienic nature of breast pumps, returns are only accepted for faulty or defective products in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
- If your product is faulty, please contact us within 14 days of receipt for assessment and replacement/refund.
- Change-of-mind returns are not accepted.
